Based in Dorset on the South Coast of England, the team have had a long fascination in the paranormal as well as the situations that paranormal claims are often reported. We are all working professionals with backgrounds in writing, publishing, broadcasting and the history and heritage sector.
For almost 15 years the team have discreetly visited countless locations within the county and further afield to try and understand the human experience of why as people we feel something is potentially paranormal.
The questions we ask ourselves are...
What gives a location the branding of being "Haunted"? Why do we experience what we culturally term as "Ghosts"? We are continually intrigued by the psychology and mechanics of such experiences.
When visiting a location to conduct field investigation our aim is not to prove that ghosts exist, but to asses what might be unique about the experiences that we have been called to look into. What is the make-up of the accounts that have been put before us? The reality of this kind of research is that we often find quite logical explanations. However, our years of research have also presented some fascinating and honest accounts that are unquestionably worthy of further exploration. Whilst strange experiences continue to be reported, we will always feel compelled to try and understand them further from a rational and balanced point of view.
We are often asked whether we believe in ghosts? We believe in the experiences that are often reported to us, but have to remain sceptical as to whether this is evidence of an afterlife.
Feel free to contact us and we will assist with your enquiry at the earliest convenience.
